Return Policy for Customers
For NCR
We have an open-box delivery policy. The delivery person will open the box to show the product to customer. Once the customer accepts, delivery person will assemble and demo product to customer.
Incase of any manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired (in-case of minor defects) onsite otherwise, it will be replaced.
Once the product is accepted, it will not be returned or exchanged, but the warranty will be applicable as directed on the respective product and that is mentioned on the respective product page.
In case there is manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced by Babyrider with no extra cost
Outside NCR Region
At BabyRider, we strive to provide the best products and service to our customers. However, due to the nature of our products and logistical constraints, we have specific return policies for customers outside the NCR region. Please read the following policy carefully:
Product Returns
- Non-Returnable Products: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for products purchased by customers outside the NCR region.
Manufacturing Defects

Reporting Defects: In the rare event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:
- Record a Video: Capture a clear video of the defect and send it to our customer service team.
- Approval Process: Our team will review the video and, if the defect is confirmed, approve the replacement.

Replacement: Once the defect is approved, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you.
Delivery and Acceptance

Box Condition: We advise you not to accept the product if the delivery box is broken or damaged.

Unboxing Video: To ensure that any defects are documented, we recommend creating an unboxing video of the product as soon as it is delivered.

Time Limit for Defect Reporting: Please report any manufacturing defects within two days of delivery. Products will not be considered for replacement after this period.
Assembly
- Customer Assembly: The product needs to be assembled by the customer.
